This situation results in graduating students that always end up expelled after joining universities. So also encouraging younger ones not to work hard. Our educational system should be reviewed in such away that a secondary school student can at least have the ability and confidence of sitting for SSCE and UME exams without fear, and as for those who promote malpractice, tougher measures should be adopted against them.
