The statement said some of the subscribers expressed satisfaction with the quality of delivery of the service, adding that the service has enabled them to read Nigerian newspapers at their convenience, anytime, anywhere.
The subscribers described the Value Added Service in glowing terms, asserting that “it stands out as a very convenient and useful information tool, making life easier for users.”
One of the subscribers to the service, Zinne Amaka said that M-paper is meeting one of her social needs. “This service is giving me fulfillment; I can read all my favourite news on one spot”, she said.
Another user, Aife Agboifo, praised Globacom for its avant-garde initiatives: “Globacom is always ahead of its competitors; Glo M-paper is a unique service that is rich in its content and innovativeness”.
Speaking to journalists recently, Globacom’s Marketing Coordinator, Adeniyi Olukoya said the company launched the Mobile Newspaper to offer its subscribers major  Nigerian and international news, hot and fresh on their mobile phones anywhere they are in the country.  
With this service, mobile phone users who subscribe to service on the Glo network can access news as it is happening while on the go by getting news alert via SMS.
