According to a release sent to Weekend Magazine, Dr. Dadu, at the handover ceremony, assured that his tenure would   witness tremendous improvement in the service delivery of the corporation’s mandate.  “My predecessors have recorded giant strides and no stone will be left unturned to ensure that I contribute my quota to the growth of the Nigerian Film Corporation and the Nigerian Film Industry,” he said.
“Staff,” he said, “is the basic asset of any organization that seeks to succeed and deliver on its mandate, and as such, I would in the execution of the mandates pay attention to staff welfare, skills development, capacity building, training and re-training, so as to enhance and improve on performance output of staff for better efficiency and productivity.”
He assured stakeholders of better days ahead, saying the corporation would join hands with all stakeholders to fight piracy to a standstill.  Earlier at the handover/takeover ceremony at the Headquarters of the Corporation in Jos, the Plateau State Capital,   Executive Director, Operations and Acting Managing Director Mr. Tekena Benibo, who was represented at the ceremony by Mr. J. B. Olayishade, Director of Administration, said, the Nigerian film industry is in for better days with Dr. Dadu’s wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors. “Dr. Dadu is inheriting a formidable workforce, very dedicated to the spirit and character of Nigerian Film Corporation and mostly, a vibrant Nigerian film industry,” Benibo added.
