Daily Trust Annual Dialogue gets underway

An annual dialogue discussing the progress of Nigeria gets underway in minutes.

The 12th in the series is themed: “2015 Elections: How to Make Nigeria the Winner.”

It comes as Nigeria goes to the polls next month.

At least three prominent speakers will deliver papers, including

  • Lt Gen Abdulrahman Dambazau
  • Oby Ezekwesili, former education minister
  • Bishop Josiah Idowu-Fearon

Guests speaking at the lecture include:

  • Justice Mustapha Akanbi, former president of Court of Appeal. He also is pioneer chairman of the Independent and Corrupt Practices Commission.
  • Prof Attahiru Jega, chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission.
  • His Eminence, Alh Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, the Sultan of Sokoto.
