Thanks a lot Mr. Ali M. Ali for your thorough informative tribute to one of the leading horses of the Buhari ride. For a living hero like Garba Shehu, no simple biographer can contain all that he stands for in a small space write up like a column in a daily newspaper.

May Almighty Allah grant Garba Shehu long healthy years so that the Nigerian youth can draw from his abundant wealth of knowledge and experience. Such people are few, especially in a developing society like ours.

I pray that Shehu will not relax after PMB’s tenure, but as an iconic hero take the lead in bringing about what the North in particular and Nigeria in general is lacking: good public media. Daily Trust newspaper needs a competition so that it can continue to be on the top. It will be a hard task, but Garba Shehu can do it.
