Daily Trust unveils new identity

Media Trust Limited, owner of Daily Trust Newspapers and Trust TV will now be known as Media Trust Group following the unveiling of the company’s new identity on Thursday. 

Under the Media Trust Group, there are four subsidiaries; Daily Trust, Trust TV, Aminiya and Digital Trust.

The new logo (visual identity) reflects the current vision and futuristic drive of the media outfit without losing sight of the founding philosophy, which is based on trust, integrity, openness, and courage.

The new brand logo captures the transformation of the company from the analog era to the current digital trends, alongside numerous innovations that are aiding the Company’s growth and sustainability.

Speaking during the ceremony, the acting Chief Executive Officer of Media Trust Limited, Malam Nura Daura, said while the organization has done many things to bring delight to readers, technological advancement has brought about tremendous changes in the way and manner media delivers content to its audience. 

He said, “The new logo, which is a marriage of a revolving globe in a mobile, signifies the unlimited reach of our content on the digital space.”
