D’Banj also used the opportunity to inform the traditional ruler that that his reason for paying a visit to the palace was for him to get his blessing, as he aims to become a culture and tradition ambassador.

The royal father, while responding, commended D’Banj who launched his KoKo Foundation last week, advised him to use his songs to x-ray the ills in the society as that would help in reconstructing the country against corruption.
