Directed by Mo’hits Favourite Sesan, the video lives up to the hype it garnered before its release. And many fans and critics are already thumbing it up.
In the clip, which was shot in Los Angeles, D’Banj blends perfectly with Snoop Dogg who calls him ‘nephew’ as the video enters its second scene.
Don Jazzy isn’t left out as -characteristically- he appears in most of the shots. Other Mo’hits crew members, Wande Coal and K-Switch – also made appearances although Dr. Sid and D’Prince were conspicuously missing.
This video boasts of panache and royalty; qualities that the Mo’hits camp have tried to build over the years through their materials.
D’Banj is the first home-based Nigerian musician-actor to record collaboration with Snoop Dogg. However, German-based Nigerian singer Ayo has a collaboration in a rapping called ‘Life is real’, which was released 2007 on Universal Music.
