D’banj thrills Abuja with Koko concert

The Kokomaster, Dapo Oyebanjo, aka Dbanj, was in Abuja last weekend with his ‘Koko tour’ party to entertain fans at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel.
The show which was part of the Nigerian star’s 10th year anniversary in the music business had D’banj entertaining his fans alongside his friends in the industry.
Some of the artistes who performed at the show were Tuface Idibia, Timaya, Wande Coal, Tonto Dikeh, Vector, Naeto C, Oritse Femi, Kayswitch, 2Kriss, Ketchup, Orezi and Banky W.
The concert which is expected to be staged in four states had its first stop in Owerri, the Imo State capital, on the December 18 before proceeding to Abuja.
Tomorrow it will be the turn of Warri and then the grand finale will be staged in Lagos on December 29.
D-banj is the first Nigerian singer to be featured on famous entertainment channel, E! news and has had collaborations with top American singers, including rapper Kanye West.
He also enjoyed a huge success from the then Mo Hits records with Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Kayswitch, D Prince and Dr. Sid. Presently, he is under his own record label tagged DB records.
