He said this when he received campus correspondents from the university who were in his office to congratulate him on his recent appointment as the DSA.
Osagiede said: “I must hail Daily Trust for giving students platform to develop themselves and make them channel their energy into productive venture. They should keep at it.”
Head of the delegation, Eddy Uwoghiren, 300level Medicine and Surgery student, said the purpose of the visit was to congratulate the DSA for his appointment and develop a cordial working relationship with the office in their practice as campus journalists.
He said: “Over the years, our practice has been hindered by our inability to gain access to top management staff. Whenever we require comments from a top management staff, we do not get that as a result of the many administrative bottlenecks.”
