The Delta State Government and Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative (NGYouthSDGs) are collaborating to drive development in the state.

Lady Diana Ereyitomi Eyo-Enoette, Special Assistant to the Governor on Sustainable Development Goals, disclosed this in a statement at the weekend.

“It gives us great pleasure to announce a strategic partnership between the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on SDGs, Delta State and the Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative (NGYouthSDGs), she said.

According to her, the collaboration is a significant step towards harnessing the power of youth innovation and grassroots engagement to localise and achieve sustainable development in Delta State.

“This partnership is a testament to our commitment to youth empowerment and integrating youth perspectives into development strategies.

“Together, we will facilitate high-level partnerships, advocate for youth-centred policies, spread the message of the SDGs, and conduct impactful research and evaluations.

“By combining our strengths, we aim to address critical developmental issues, empower communities, and create a long-lasting impact across the nation.

“We look forward to co-creating projects that are inclusive, innovative, and sustainable, ensuring a brighter future for all,” Eyo-Enoette stated in the statement.
