The former Ocean Boys’ strongman made his debut for the domestic champions in their 0-1 loss at Gombe United.

Dengo, who did not fancy the defeat in his debut, told SuperSport.com that he will do his best to ensure his second match ends in a massive victory.

“I’ll guarantee adequate cover for the goalkeeper to ensure ABS do not see space at goal.

“I was not happy that my first game ended in defeat. The game against ABS is another chance to make amend.

“We’re collecting three points, it can’t be negotiated,” he said.

Dengo who stated his desire to be champion at Dolphins said they are working hard to see the Garden City side retain the title they won last season.

“My greatest desire at Dolphins is to be champion and for Dolphins to be leaders again.

“It will be tough but we have experienced players to make it happen.

“I only wish that visiting teams would be given fair officiating so that a worthy and credible champion will emerge at the end of the season.

“Our defeat at Gombe would have been averted if officiating had been balanced,” he said.

Dolphins lost the first fixture at ABS 0-2 in llorin and have picked 39 points from a possible 78.
