A real estate developer Aliyu Wammako, CEO of  Jedo property  has called on the FCT Administration to provide infrastructure  to satellite towns to assist developers and residents alike to build affordable houses.

He said, “ Not only the developers, even the entire population of the FCT, what we are looking for from the FCTA is infrastructures, there should be infrastructures, we are developers, and we develop even where there are no roads or lights.’’

He said without provision of roads, water, electricity, there is no way houses will be cheaper.

 He further called on the FCT Administration to perfect the process of  building approvals in the FCT, saying “we also want the land acquisition  procedures to be relaxed so that it would be easy for people to access land.”
