Dickson: Bad leadership cause of criminality, cultism

Governor Seriake Dickson.

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State says the present criminality and high rate of cultism experienced in some sections of the country is due to bad leadership.

During the state government’s monthly Praise Night at King of Glory Chapel, in Government House yesterday, the governor decried the use of privileged positions and access to power to stir up violence and criminality.

According to the governor’s Special Adviser on Public Affairs, Mr Daniel Alabrah, Dickson noted that bad leadership has resulted in teenagers engaging in despicable acts. He urged politicians in the state to take advantage of their positions to work toward promoting and supporting development at all times.
