Digital Encode emerges cyber-security company of the year

Digital Encode, an information security management and assurance services company has emerged the Cybersecurity Company of the Year at the Beacon of Information and Communication Technology (BoICT) awards held in Lagos.
At the ceremony attended by the crème de la crème of technology policy makers, captains of industries, regulatory bodies and other key players, Digital Encode was presented with the prestigious award and commended for its role in fighting electronic fraud and cybercrime, particularly in the implementation of global security standards such as PCIDSS, ISO 27001 and CoBIT for organisations in the country.
Receiving the award, Oluseyi Akindeinde, chief technical officer, Digital Encode, expressed pleasure for being rewarded for hard work, “We are thrilled to have received the ‘Cybersecurity Company of the Year’ award, which was in recognition of our efforts in building technological capacity to assist organizations fight against electronic fraud as well as cybercrimes. It only goes to show recognition for what we have been doing. We truly appreciate it.”
