Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has deposed the Paramount Ruler of the Otuokpoti community in Ogbia Local Government Area, Chief A.C.T Wongo and appointed Chief Rescue Abe in acting capacity as abducted Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Mr. Federal Otokito, regained his freedom on Monday.
The abductors released Otokito five days after he was kidnapped from his Otuokpoti community residence in Ogbia Local Government Area of the state.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Daniel Alabrah in a statement on Monday, said Bayelsa Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ben Nebolisa and the State Director of the State Security Services, Mr. Mohammed Abdullahi, presented Mr. Otokito to Governor Diri at Government House, Yenagoa.
