Take heart, my poor sister! Life itself will come to pass no matter how long it is lived. I really couldn’t stand such a scenario of injustice and outright nepotism, so I resolved to write this article to let the public know my grievances against the reactionary forces working with the good government of Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Khadimul-Islam; and by extension the grievances and complaint of my brother’s wife who sat for the said employment examination and clinched the second position in the whole of Gwale Local Government Area and had also undergone screening for the employment. After all these, it is quite disheartening to discover that those who qualified to be employed by passing the exams were dropped and daughters of ‘who is who’ that have neither sat for the employment exams nor undergone screening, were employed instead.

It is perplexing to see such trends of nepotism in the employment of citizens continue under the administration which boasts of championing the sanitization of governance and other administrative paraphernalia in the country as a whole. It is indeed, a case of injustice and I call on all print and electronic media to be blowing such whistle of injustice and nepotism; and to be supported by human rights activists as well as legal aid council.

Oh Lord Almighty Creator! I have no doubt that you know and have witnessed how the anti-progressive government officials are frustrating and weakening our kith and kin. Overpower them oh Lord, as they are powerless before you, and ensure oh Lord! That justice reigns all over our land, amen.
