Students of the Federal Polytechnic Bida have expressed mixed feelings over incessant power cuts in Bida town.
A computer science student, Michael, said his colleagues were unhappy with the power outages that have plunged the school into darkness. He said the electricity company should address the situation.
Ezekiel Aju of the Public Administration Department said, “Electricity supply in the town and school isn’t stable. There is also the problem of low voltage supply in many areas.”
But a student, who wants to be referred as Paul, said the power company has listened to public complaints and rectified the problem.
