Lagos socialite, Ms Ogbulu Chindinma Pearl, was on Monday arraigned before Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare at the Special Offences (Mobile) Court sitting at Oshodi.

Ogbulu was arraigned on a four-count charge of distributing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) a.k.a petrol as souvenir during her installation party on March 5, 2022 at Havillah Event Centre, Lagos.

The offences violate sections 251(1), 168 (1), 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and section 195 (2)(b) of the Environmental Management Protection Law of Lagos State 2017.

The defendant was granted bail in the sum of N2 million with two responsible sureties in like sum.

The case was adjourned till March 24, for trial.
