Sokoto foreign based Medical Doctor ,  Sa’idu Alhassan Wurno has donated medical equipments worth N79 million to the state government.

Hailed from Wurno LGA of the state, Sa’idu is a orthopaedic and trauma consultant in Germany.

While handing over the equipments to the deputy Governor of the state, Engineer Idris Gobir on Wednesday, the doctor said the gesture was meant to complement the efforts of the state government in improving healthcare service delivery in the state.

According to him, the second batch of the equipments would soon  arrive the state.
