Dr. Ayodele Joseph of Ayodele Group of Medical Hospitals, Ilorin, was alleged to have criminally trespassed into the property of Dr. Rafiu Ajiboye of Group Medical Centre along Tipper Garage, Tanke area Ilorin, on July 20, 2017, destroyed the entrance gate and the doors to gain access into the hospital and made away with all the hospital’s equipment, generating sets and other items.
The charge against him reads in part, “That you were apprehended by the police on a tip-off from the complainant; while parts of the items were recovered from both your hospital mentioned above and your house located at Kulende area, Sango, Ilorin, during execution of a search warrant.”
