Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has paid tribute to former President Olusegun Obasanjo on his 89th birthday, describing him as a statesman whose contributions have had a lasting impact on Nigeria and Africa.

In a congratulatory message, Dogara said Obasanjo’s life reflects decades of service, leadership and commitment to the country’s unity and development.
