Dr Doyin Salami of the Lagos Business School (LBS) has lamented lack of basic infrastructure to drive technological adoption and deployment in Nigeria.
The don who spoke in Lagos at the re-branding launch of Fleet Technologies to Vatebra Limited, said there was no aspect of human life that didn’t require technology in today’s world.
He said technology was about empowerment but, “if supporting infrastructure are not there, we are going nowhere.”
Salami said while late technological adopters were at the advantage of accessing latest technological innovation, it was sad to note that Nigeria didn’t have the supporting infrastructure to drive that move.
