Chairman Medical and Health Workers Union, Imo State, Nzenwata Francis Ihenacho gave the advice in Owerri yesterday.
He stated that for Wabba to succeed in moving NLC beyond its present situation, he must focus on reconciling with the aggrieved people who lost out in the last election.
Ihenacho, who expressed full confidence in Wabba who is also from medical workers’ union, urged him to focus in dialogue and constructive engagement in getting what he wants rather than allow incessant strike during his time in office.
 The Imo State chairman commended the transparent and peaceful manner in which the election was conducted, also praising the conduct of security men and the entire workforce of the NLC.
