The president of Academic City College, Ghana, Dr. Fred McBagonluri, has asked public and private entities in African to sustain training and manpower development.

 Dr. McBagonluri, who was on a four-day working visit to Nigeria, made the call while on a courtesy visit to the management of Coleman Technical Industries Limited, a cable manufacturing firm in Lagos.

He said it was in realization of the need to develop manpower that his university was collaborating with corporate organizations to offer training and scholarships for exceptional students, especially in engineering courses; while the university would in exchange, send its students for internship and other hands-on training to such corporate organizations.
