Abia State recently hosted its inaugural Human Capital Development Workshop, marking a milestone in the government’s commitment to strengthening the capacity of its citizens.

At the heart of this reform is Pastor Dr. Eno Jerry Eze, Chairman of the Abia State Civil Service Commission and State Focal Person for Human Capital Development.
