The Speaker of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Rt. Hon. Aliyu Idris Zakari, has congratulated Dr. Bishir Gambo Saulawa on his emergence as the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State.

In a congratulatory message, the Speaker described Dr. Saulawa as a seasoned administrator, grassroots politician, experienced leader, and committed party faithful whose emergence is well-deserved. He noted that the new chairman’s victory is a testament to his unwavering dedication, loyalty, and immense contributions to the growth and unity of the party in the state.

The Speaker further highlighted Dr. Saulawa’s track record of service, leadership capacity, and strong connection with the grassroots, stating that these qualities position him as the right choice to steer the party toward greater success.

He also expressed profound appreciation to party stakeholders in Katsina State, under the leadership of Governor Dikko Umar Radda, as well as delegates and members of the party, for demonstrating unity, maturity, and democratic commitment in electing a capable and deserving individual to lead the party.
