Driver, security man nabbed for alleged jack theft

A driver, Benjamin Ogah, and a security man, Miracle Ochigbo, were on Tuesday arraigned before an Igbosere, Lagos, chief magistrate court for allegedly stealing a jack worth N200,000.

Ogah, 22, and Miracle, 23, allegedly committed the offence on December 30, 2019 at about 6.10am at ZCC/HSE Company, Lekki Free Zone, Imobido, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

Police prosecutor, Tope Adega, told the court that the accused persons conspired with others still on the run to commit the offence.

The two men pleaded not guilty to the two counts and were admitted to N50,000 bail by magistrate Mrs Agbaje.

Further hearing was fixed for January 7, 2020 in the case.
