Africa’s premier e-payments solution provider, eTranzact International Plc has appointed Mr. Niyi Toluwalope as its new managing director/chief executive officer. Also, the company has appointed Mr. Sullivan Akala and Mr. Ike Eze as executive directors; Mr. Richard Omoniyi, chief technology officer and Mr. Kehinde Segun, head of operations.

The company, in a statement, said that the changes were the company Board’s decision to move eTranzact forward. Toluwalope took over from Mr. Valentine Obi, who stepped down as the managing director of the company. Until his recent appointment, Toluwalope was the company’s chief financial officer, a position he has held since 2011.
