Yakubu disclosed this during the inaugural meeting of the conference in Abuja.
He asked the delegates to forward their account details. He said that allowances for accommodation, transport and sitting honorarium have been monetised. He said all the 492 delegates would receive a flat rate.
Yakubu, who refused to disclose the exact amount the delegates are entitled to, said all delegates would see the breakdown of their allowances in their pay slips by Monday.
He said the secretariat has concluded arrangements to pay delegates their two weeks allowances in advance to enable them settle down to work.
“As soon as you submit your account details, you will receive the alert. We are going to pay immediately,” he said. He said there is no provision for special assistants for the delegates.
