Eniade disclosed this while addressing members of the Association of Medical and Dental Officers of Oyo State during their 2014 Annual General Meeting held in Ibadan over the weekend.
He remarked that the present administration really understands the importance of adequate infrastructure and facilities at all the levels of healthcare delivery.                   
He said:  “Oyo State government has embraced the idea of collaborating with tertiary health institutions like University Teaching Hospital (UCH) and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital to ensure appreciable degree of vigilance, preparedness and capacity to adequately and promptly arrest any menace.
“The present administration in the state has also not relented in her effort to train and retrain health personnel. The involvement of the communities in the activities of the health sector through the introduction of Community Based Health Insurance Scheme is another innovation targeted at enhancing the health seeking attitude of our people”.
