This was disclosed at the launch of the website for the West African Market Information System Network (WAMIS-NET) at the ECOWAS Commission in Wednesday where the Acting Director, ECOWAS Community Computer Center, Mr Osei Tutu Agyman-Duah, said the website would enable member countries take advantage of agriculture information and practices across the region to explore ways to share best practices in promoting the agriculture sector. According to him, “The idea is to make sure that information is available in terms of the products and the prices at the local as well as all the regional market and also make it available on the internet”.
