Twenty patients being treated for Covid-19 have been discharged from hospital in Edo state after they tested negative for the coronavirus, but one death was recorded.

Edo governor Godwin Obaseki posted on his Twitter handle, “The 20 persons were discharged from three isolation facilities in the state.
We have discharged 20 persons from our #COVID_19 isolation facilities. 17 are from Stella Obasanjo Hospital; 1 from @ubthng and 2 others from @ISTH_Irrua.
So far, 34 persons have been discharged.

Edo has recorded 89 confirmed positive cases, five death, 34 recoveries, while 50 are active.
