Edo University, Iyamho and Sunderland University, United Kingdom have signed an agreement on a students exchange programme.
Speaking with journalists, the Director of International Studies, Sunderland University, Ian Moody, who led a delegation to Edo University, said the partnership would benefit both students and staff, as Sunderland provides a multi-culture community for staff and students.
“Not just students coming to the United Kingdom to gain experience, we also have staff exchange. We will embarked on joint research, joint funding of needs,” he stated.
He expressed satisfaction with the level of infrastructure at Edo University which he said are comparable with the best university in the world.
