Education should be taken seriously in this country. Every child should have, at least, a primary school education. Scholarships should be encouraged for the underprivileged and those who excel. Excellence should be rewarded. We should not have schools without desks and chairs for children. A proper atmosphere for learning, that affects positively, the psychology of the pupils and students, should be important. Schools lacking such should not be allowed to operate.
