Communications Officer & Programme Officer
Communications Officer: Will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of Pact’s communication drive to maximise visibility of the impact of Pact Nigeria projects on the people of Nigeria. The jobholder will generate creative concepts for success stories, news nuggets and briefs. The jobholder will draft and edit communication materials to print-ready status and support the production of photographs, video-recordings and documentaries about pact activities that meet international standards amongst other functions.
Minimum requirement: degree in social or other sciences, four years post qualification experience (communication-relevant). Exemplary verbal/written English language and drafting skills and evidence of interest in reading widely and writing is essential. Proven track record in communication/creative writing with capacity for strategic thinking.
Programme Assistant: jobholder will provide support to the effective coordination as well as functioning of the project management team in Abuja. The jobholder will provide relevant programme, administrative and logistics support for meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops and special projects. The jobholder will maintain programme files (electronic and hard copies) in a manner that allows for ease of access and use amongst others.
Minimum requirements: minimum of a degree in social sciences, business or other relevant field, post NYSC experience of one year working within government, INGO  or local NGO environment, good computer skills, including practiced knowledge and experience in word processing, spreadsheet (Excel) skills amongst others.

1.    Head, Communication and Corporate Services (2 positions)
Candidate will conceptualise, plan and implement the organisation’s internal and external communication agenda to achieve continued improved branding. Handles all external communications and relations, responsible for the publication of information bulletin, journals and newsletter, manage and handle several information channels and platforms. The head will report directly to the managing director.
Experience and qualification: a first degree or equivalent in relevant discipline, including mass communication, public relations and marketing. A master or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage. Minimum of five years experience in communication, marketing or journalism.
2.    Head, Financial Control
Ideal person will handle all the financial, budgetary and reporting requirements of the bank; therefore, he must be conversant with all the latest reporting standards (regulatory returns, IFRS, IAS, tax laws and practices) and relevant accounting packages. Ideal candidate will report directly to MD/CEO
Experience and qualification: a minimum of bachelor degree in accounting with a professional qualification, a minimum of 7 years cognate  experience with at least 4 years in a similar management capacity in any reputable financial institution or auditing firm.
3.    Regional Head, Lagos
The ideal candidate must have cognate experience in mortgage, cresdit and treasury activities; he/she must have the required capacity to identify and mobilise business from Lagos and the southern part of Nigeria. Must be a self-starter and have confidence to grow the business considerably within a reasonable time frame. Knowledge of Lagos financial markets is compulsory.
Experience and qualification: a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in any reputable financial institution with proven track record of achievement, a bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences or marketing field and member of relevant professional bodies.
4.    Risk Management and Debt Recovery
Ideal candidate shall be responsible for managing the organisation’s total risks and ensure compliance with the bank’s set risk appetite and must have sufficient knowledge to design appropriate risks mitigating strategies across the enterprise’s operations amongst others.
