EFCC arrests ex-Reps speaker, Etteh, over contract ‘fraud’

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday arrested a former speaker of the House of Representatives, Patricia Etteh.

Etteh was said to have been involved in a solar power electrification contract in Akwa Ibom State.

As of the time of filing this report, the former speaker was still being interrogated at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja.
