EFCC nets school supervisor over N3.8m fraud

Dadiye, a school supervisor and former secretary of the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT) in Lamurde local government was petitioned by Intercontinental Bank Plc at the EFCC Gombe zonal office. The commission filed a prima facie case of breach of trust and fraudulent diversion of funds against Japhet Dadiye at state High Court sitting in Yola.

 

The presiding judge, Justice Lawal Audu Lagre had adjourned the case to 13th July, 2011 as the accused has since been remanded in prison custody.
