Wife of the Senate President Toyin Saraki is still being quizzed by the Economic and Financial Crimes commission (EFCC) at its Abuja office over allegation of financial crime hours after she reported to the office of the commission.
Mrs Saraki arrived the office of the anti-graft agency this afternoon in company of ten senators, twenty members of the House of Representatives and other supporters.
Senators present are Senator Isa Sani, Senator Dino Maleyo, Senator Abdul Abubakar, Senator Binta Goje, Senator Abdulahi Sabi and Senator Peter Nwaoboshi.
Also over 20 members of the House of Reps were present including the speaker of Kwara state House of Assembly.
Some of the supporters and journalists are currently waiting for the outcome of the interrogation in front of the office of the EFCC.
Daughter of late President ‘Yar’adua and wife to former Kebbi state governor Saidu Dakingari, Zainab Dakingari reported to the office of the commission this after in company of her husband, but was allowed to go and come back next week Tuesday due to ill health.
Though the Toyin Saraki is still with the commission, sources say she might be allowed to go home and come back tomorrow for the continuation of the interrogation.
