Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, at the weekend, commiserated with Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state over the death of his mother, Christian, saying his humility and humane disposition are rare virtues he inherited from his late mother.
Ekweremadu who stated this during a condolence visit to the governor in his country home, Aguleri, described Obiano as man who is open-minded and committed to whatever he sets his mind on to achieve.
He noted that children are usually a reflection of the true nature of their parents or guardians, advising them to endeavour to train their children properly in other to reap the benefits when they eventually emerge important personalities in the society.
Condoling with the Obiano family over the loss, Ekweremadu prayed that her soul finds eternal rest in heaven.
