The wife of a borehole drilling operator, Kabir Babai, who was recently shot dead by a policeman, Moses Samuel, in Osogbo, Osun State, yesterday gave birth to a baby boy.
Many could not hold their tears after news filtered that Babai’s wife gave birth just a week after he was killed.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, in his reaction through his Chief Press Secretary, Alhaji Ismail Omipidan, directed the Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Wale Olokode, to ensure that the policeman that killed Babai faced the full wrath of the law.
In an interview with City News, Olokode said the killer cop has been arrested and detained.
The CP said the matter was investigated and that the policeman that killed Babai was found culpable and would be prosecuted accordingly.
