Data breaches and cyber threats have become increasingly prevalent, Benedict Ugwuja, Lead Consultant at CYBERGON Cybersecurity, is urging Nigerian organizations to take the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) compliance mandated by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) under the leadership of Dr Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi and the National Data Protection Commission (NDPC) led by Dr. Vincent Olatunji, with the seriousness it deserves.

Their initiatives, policies, and enforcement actions are crucial in mitigating cyber threats and ensuring robust data security.
