The Chief Executive Officer of Browncon Group, Dr. Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, has shared insights from over a decade of building sustainable businesses across Africa, urging young entrepreneurs to embrace resilience and bold thinking.

He spoke in Abuja during the unveiling of his foundation and debut book, Build with Courage.

“This book isn’t just my story—it’s a blueprint for every entrepreneur who has been told that their dreams are too big for this continent,” said Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown. “Building in Africa requires more than capital and strategy.

“It requires courage. It requires the resilience to keep going when the infrastructure isn’t there, when the policies shift overnight, when everyone around you says it’s impossible. ‘Build with Courage’ is my way of passing the torch to the next generation of African builders.”

The book captures lessons from the evolution of Browncon Group, tracing its journey from a startup to a diversified conglomerate positioning itself among the continent’s most preferred firms.

According to him, the publication addresses the realities of navigating Africa’s unique business environment while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and social impact.
