The 2019 Crater Literary Festival, in partnership with Africa Week UK, is set to hold in Enugu.

Themed ‘Literary Renaissance in Africa,’ the festival, which is in its third edition, is scheduled to hold from December 12 to 14.

The event will host writers, readers, publishers, artists and art aficionados. It is designed to “educate, explore and enlighten on the progress of literary development in shaping culture and society in Africa.”

It will also feature creative and technical writing workshops, panel sessions, book reading/chat sessions, drama, poetry presentations, an art exhibition and art talk. Literary contests shall also be administered for Nigerian writers.
