The envoy’s wife, accompanied by the acting Medical Director of the hospital Dr. Okechukwu Mbaleme, urged the victim to be strong to recover quickly.
Mrs. Palti said the financial assistance was her small way of supporting the siblings of the victim, who is the breadwinner of the family.
