The Nigeria Institution of Estate surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)  has called on government at all level to make the development of satellite towns a top priority in their agenda.
This,  according to them, would help to decongest the already congested cities as well as minimising rural-urban migration.  NIESV stated this in a communique issued at the end of its 46th annual conference held  in Abuja. The communique  called  for the review of outdated and distorted master plans of cities to accommodate sustainable living standard.
