The Abuja branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), is set to complete its office complex in Gudu.
Chairman of the branch, Esv. Ikenna Lansar Aghaji, made this known while commissioning a 3-bedroom bungalow in Suparcell Estate, Apo, Abuja.

He said the new complex would be a source of revenue for the Abuja branch, as the N1 million per annum rental value would go a long way in helping with the finances of the branch.
NIESV President Esv. Emmanuel Okas Wike, in his remarks, thanked Esv. Aghaji for completing the project in less than six months after assumption of office, adding that the Board of Trustees of NIESV would remain the owners of the property.
