Ex-students donate N1m to FGC Maiduguri

Former students of the Federal Government College Maiduguri, who graduated in 1986, have donated N1million towards the rehabilitation of the school’s facilities.
The school was destroyed by Boko Haram insurgents.
The National President of the FGC Maiduguri Old Students Association (FEDGOCOMOSA), Mrs Chinyere Ogbonna Eze, said the donation was made during the 30th reunion ceremony of the set which took place in Abuja recently. The reunion saw ex-students from within and outside Nigeria converging to reminisce over old times and discussed on how best to assist the school.
