Falcons players expected in Camp today

According to a statement released by Super Falcons team Administrator Ruth David, the players and coaches are expected to report to Serob Hotel, Abuja with all their training kits and travelling documents intact.
David, last week said that letters of invitation had already been sent to the clubs for the release of the invited players and urged the clubs to release the players as the competition is very important to the country.
Falconets quartet of Ugo Njoku, Sarah Nnodim, Loveth Ayila and Halimatu Ayinde have been rewarded with instant inclusion in the invited players list for their impressive performance in Canada, while the regulars who also showed class at the Mundial, Uchechi Sunday, Mariam Ibrahim, Chinwendu Ihezuo and championship Most Valuable Player (MVP) and golden boot winner, Asisat Oshoala are all already used to the Falcons set up.
