An Abuja-based final year law student of Benson Idahosa University in Benin, Edo state, Obinna Amaku, has emerged the first lucky fan to host the duo of music celebrities, Falz and DJ Spinall, as the second edition of the MTN Pulse House Party kicks off last weekend.

The party is a MTN Nigeria’s initiative aimed at making the dreams of the young, vibrant, tech and music savvy Nigerian youth come true by inviting their favorite celebrities to party with them and basically have a great time together with music.

Amaku, an avid music lover who signed up for the Pulse house party, was one of the lucky fans to be selected among the millions of MTN Pulse subscribers.

Earlier in a teaser video posted on MTN’s instagram page (@MTNng), Falz and Spinall revealed that they were in an unknown location ready to go party with a fan which made the social media platform go gaga as fans became anxious to know the party’s venue.

Receiving the celebrities at his gate in Abuja, Amaku said he was shocked to see his favorite music stars right in his house for a party.

His compound was later transformed to a party scene within minutes and the gig kicked off with high intensity as DJ Spinall controlled the console while Falz thrilled the party guests with his songs.

DJ Spinall however gave one of his favourite caps to Amaku. The lucky fan also got a framed photo autographed by Falz, Spinall alongside the MTN Pulse team.

A statement from MTN said Falz and other Nigerian celebs will be storming houses across the country with the #MTNPulseHouseParty in the coming weeks.

“To party with celebs in your house, just like @Obivva, simply visit the link on @mtnng’s bio (on social media), repost the Falz video on @mtnng’s social media page with the #MTNPulseHouseParty and get ready for the surprise Pulse house party of a lifetime,” it added.
